webstar 2320 + emule = reinicio : necesito traduccion de error

hace tres dias que tengo el webstar wi-fi 3220,los dos ordenadores navegan perfectamente,pero cuando conecto el emule a las dos horas de bajar mas o menos,me resetea el ordenador.Siguiendo vuestros consejos he cerrado el firewalll del modem,he abierto los puertos del emule,tenggo el norton internet security bien configurado.Al reiniciarse el ordenador me dice que se ha recuperado de un error grave y el siguiente mensaje: ¨Server Error in `/´ Aplication.Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server.The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons).If could,however,be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines,please create a tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This tag should then have its "mode" set to "off". Si alguien lo comprende por favor,que nos lo explique.Tengo xp sp2.No se encontrar donde esta web.Configuration file para poder cambiar el parametro que me pide....en fin perdonar el rollo,pero estoy desperado ¿encontraremos la solucion?
