Buenas necesito un programa para repartir la conexión. es decir tengo un cyber con 26 puestos y una ADSL 2 megas y me gustaría asignar ha cada PC un acho de banda para que todos bajen y vallan ala misma velocidad.

En esa direccion podras encontrar un programa que es como un complemento al proxy que tienes que instalar, necesita de un proxy para funcionar.
Con el programa en cuestion, puedes limitar el ancho de banda para el emule (o lo que sea), limitar el numero de conexiones, etc.......
