Nuevo con Jazztel. Consulta de velocidad.

Hola,

Hace cosa de 3 semanas que tengo línea y ADSL con Jazztel. El contrato lo hice mediante Hispatienda después de leer recomendaciones al respecto en el foro.

Después de hablar con Hispatienda para conocer la velocidad máxima que podría tener con Jazztel, y sabiendo que la distancia a la central es de unos 2100 m, me dijeron que no llegaría a 20 Mb (cosa que ya sabía), pero que seguramente entre 8 y 10 Mb sí podría sincronizar.

Una vez hecha la instalación por parte del técnico de Telefónica (tarde, mal y a rastro) los datos que obtengo con Jazztel son:

¿Se puede mejorar algo o me tengo que aguantar?.

P.D.: normalmente tengo el router en G.DMT, pero si lo reseteo la velocidad varía entre 2900-3900, manteniendose habitualmente en unos 3100 más o menos.

Algo está mal ahi , yo con 47 de atenuacion en gdmt 8128-1024 y en adsl2 con 54 de atenuacion 7400-874

lo de adsl2+ con 54 de atenuacion no lo veo muy realista.

creo que con esa atenuacion algo mas si que se podria conseguir, pero ten en cuenta que tambien tienes mucho ruido.

tambien puede ser cosa del router, yo por ejemplo con el router de telefonica sincronizo mucho menos que con el de linksys que me e comprado yo.

algp ienes mal en la linea porque el dato snr 6.8 db es bajo, en la modulacion g.dmt deberia ser mayor a 9 db, conecta el router al ptr con los telefonos desconectados para ver si la linea exterior esta bien, en ese caso comprobar la linea interior, comprueba si tienes pcr o ptr, y que cada telefono conecta a un microfiltro

No sé si es posible conseguir más velocidad, si hay algún problema en la linea exterior o si puedo llamar a Jazztel para quejarme y que traten de mejorar la línea, si es que es posible.

Otra cosa que me pasa todos los días es que la velocidad baja por la noche y por la mañana he de resetear el router para que coja algo más de velocidad.

Normalmente los datos rondan los 3776 Kbps y los 4096 Kbps. Nunca llega a los datos que se muestran arriba de 5032 Kbps, solamente los coje en el PTR.

Espero que podais ayudarme, a ver si puedo conseguir algo de velocidad superior a esos 3776 Kbps.

Por otra parte estoy en pruebas de sustituir los microfiltros por un splitter, pero los datos no mejoran demasiado. Luego pego los datos con el splitter puesto.
