Bien por mantenimiento, bien por caída inesperada del servicio "Mi Movistar" en

movistar.es/Privada/DesafioUnico

está sin servicio:

Teniendo en cuenta lo triste de la página no parece un mantenimiento programado. A ver lo que dura.
