Windows Vista y Tele 2

Hola a todos:

Tengo pensado instalar windows vista ultimate en mi Pc (la versión de 64 bits ya que tengo un AMD x2 64) y me gustaría saber si Vista reconoce el adaptador usb para el Wifi del Telsey de Tele2 20 Mb sin problemas, o si no fuese así se pueden encontrar nuevos drivers del adaptador para Vista . ¿Puedo encontrarme con alguna incompatibilidad con el adaptador?. ¿Alguien de vosotros lo ha probado con Windows Vista? ¿qué tal va la conexión con este sistema operativo?

Por que no lo instalas por tarjeta de red y os dejais de mariconadas del usb que una tarjeta de red no es tan cara y os iria mucho mejor

Hay casos que por la distancia no se puede jacer por tarjeta de red, así que no vayas dando consejitos de sabios.

No me habia fijado en que era wifi pero de todas formas la cobertura no es muy grande y siempre es preferible ponerlo por tarjeta de red te evitas muchos problemas o en tal caso poner un ap

Con tarjetas de red, también pueden ser tarjetas wifi pci, que es el triple de mejor que usb, y el consejo no lo des tu, que el adaptador usb del telsey para el vista de 64 bits no va. Solo va con el vista 32 bits

Hola , acabo de probar los drivers del cd de Tele2 en Vista Ultimate de 64 bits y tengo problemas.

Al ejecutar el Cd , y despues de elegir la zona , copia los drivers y aparece el mensaje "Telsey Configuration Utility has stopped Working" , me crea el acceso directo "Telsey 820.11g wireless utility" , pero cuando lo ejecuto me pone que no encuentra la dll DNIN50.dll .

Me he fijado en el administrador de dispositivos de hardware que aparece un dispositivo llamado Telsey 802.11g wireless USB 2.0. Adapter , pero con un candado , viendo en detalles que no tiene los drivers instalados. (Esto ya me lo ponía incluso antes de instalar el Cd de Tele2) . He puesto que coja los drivers del disco duro (los que ha copiado desde el cd de tele2) y una vez instalados me dice "Windows encountered a problem installin driver software for your device" , "driver is not intended for this platform".

¿Qué puedo hacer para poder tener conexión wifi con el usb del Telsey y el Vista 64 bits?

Al soporte tecnico olvidate de llamar porque no habra solucion, lo mejor, como dicen ahi arriba, tarjeta de red o sino te compras un dispositvo usb wifi compatible con windows vista.

Acabo de ver una lista de los drivers de red que son compatibles con Windows Vista. El "Telsey 802.11g wireless usb2.0" no aparece , pero sí aparece uno llamado "802.11g USB 2.0 adapter" , ¿éste no será genérico y puede que valga para el Telsey? , ¿por cierto conoceis alguna página donde pueda encontrar este driver u otros con adaptadores de red para el vista?

Comprobado hoy con un par de sistemas operativos vista, aparte de no instalar ningun generico, introduciendo el cd de tele2 no te instala el driver usb. En cambio conectando a la tarjeta de red, al momento detecta la red y sin problemas, no como muchas veces que con el xp falla el dhcp.

hola yo tengo el windows vista y adsl 6megas y no se xk no me reconoce el telsey,pero tengo internet y wifi pero solo hasta una parte de mi casa,porque pasa esto???no tengo muxa idea de ordenadores asi k alguien k sepa k me cnt xk el wifi no me llega a toda mi casa y siempre al encender el ordenador me pne k el telsey dejo de funcionar...porfavor una explicacion!gracias :-P

hola, yo tengo el mismo problema me da el error de no se pudo encontrar el componente DNIN50.DLL y el soporte de de tele 2 solo sabe decir que LO SIENTE... , no entiendo que quereis decir con eso de que con la tarjeta de red se soluciona.. me podeis explicar mas en detalle que es lo que tengo que hacer ? por que de momento lo unico que se me ocurre es darme de baja y manda el pc a la m...

Mi hermana tiene realizada toda la instalación con WiFi y tenía multitud de problemas con la cobertura y la estabilidad de la conexión.

El gran problema es el dongle usb "made in china" que regalan. Indudablemente lo deben vender a 1€ el kilo.

Se lo substituí por una tarjeta pci que ha ofrecido resultados expectaculares tanto en cobertura como en seguridad, puesto que he podido añadir encriptación WPA2 algo que queda significativamente reducido con la instalación por defecto de Tele2.

Por mi cuenta activé el filtro de MAC y oculté el SSID de la red. Todo esto supone que es muy mejorable todo el sistema, aunque indudablemente es barato para los clientes.

La tarjeta instalada es la WMP54G de Linksys:

La cosa mas cutre es decir que se da de baja por no tener drivers del vista, eso no es problema de tele2 sino del microsoft o el fabricante, de hecho te cobraran 99€ si te das de baja por ese motivo, no seamos rastrerios.
Si te comrpases una pci que valen 22€ wifi, ya evras como n otendrias estos problemas.

y la información necesaria ya la saves, el vista por ahora es incompatible con tu adaptador wifi, el porque, porque vista es nuevo, y aun no han sacado drivers el fabricante que es telsey y no tele2, por lo que ellos no tienen culpa.

Sr. AL08499 Yo no se de quien es la culpa seguramente del monopolio del sr. Los 35€ es por un router no por el adaptador wifi, que es gratis, y un router vale 99€, y si quieres que te vaya hay dos soluciones:
- o te pasas a XP, que es por su culpa
- o te compras una tarjeta wifi pci que no dan problemas de incompatibilidades, y no están mas de 22€.

Y recuerda los 35€ son por el router, de hecho lo pone en la pagina, ROUTER, si después te han querido regalar el adaptador eso ya es aparte y no es motivo de devolución de los 35€.

He probado los de vista y no me funcionan. A alguno de vosotros os ha funcionado? Tambien he probado el "no oficial" para windows XP , pero tampoco consigue hacer funcionar el adaptador del telsey.

El driver "no oficial" para Xp y el driver que viene para el Vista como se ve en la instalación son para un adaptador Ralink. ¿Alguien de vosotros lo ha conseguido hacer funcionar para el adaptador de Tele2?

Si no os lo detecta despues de la instalación , buscad con el device manager el driver en la carpeta System , para que así lo encuentre. Lo he leido en la siguiente dirección , espero que funcione.
