Tengo 2 pc con ubuntu 8.04 y con el firestarter activado no logro compartir archivos, ya he incluido las dos ips de los dos equipos en la pestaña normativa, he abierto los puertos que supuestamente utiliza samba 137,138,139 y tambien el 520 y 445 y no hay manera sin firestarter todo perfecto, pero al activarlo, no hay manera.
Alguna idea???
arranca la GUI de firestarter desde terminal, a ver si suelta algun mensajito interesante...
perdoname, pero creo que aprenderse el manejo a mano de IPtables es mucho mejor, digo yo.. y lo digo porque yo no entiendo de eso, y lo lamento..

SOLUCIONADO:
Pués resulta que despues de mucho dar vueltas no ha sido culpa mía del todo. El problema está en el archivo /etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh el cual en su traducción al español en dos lineas aparece un Mas sin acento cuando realmente debe de decir Más (con acento), y eso era todo, el acentito de marras me trajo desquiciado varios días.
