Hola, un par de comentarios para que mejores la configuración:

Usas el puerto 4661 como trigger. Lo primero que hace el emule es intentar conectar a un servidor, o sea, el trigger para el router será el puerto de ese servidor. Aunque el 4661 es el puerto por defecto para un servidor de emule, ten en cuenta que en muchos servidores lo cambian. Esto significa que el router no te abrirá los puertos que defines hasta que conecte con un servidor en el 4661. Si al arrancar la mula te conectas a un servidor que esté en otro puerto seguirás con los puertos 4662 y 4672 cerrados.

En segundo lugar, los únicos puertos que necesitas abiertos son los dos que te he dicho antes.

Para que quede más claro, estos son los puertos de la mula:

Dirección: Entrada ( Conexiones desde otros clientes )

Para acabar, y esto es una opinión personal -un poco paranoica, lo sé-. Es más conveniente que abras los dos puertos de la mula con el "virtual server" en lugar de con el "special applications". El motivo es que estás diciendo al router que cuando salga un paquete por el puerto que tienes como trigger (4661) abra los otros. Piensa que el router simplemente los abre, no distingue que aplicación los usa, como haría un firewall por software. Eso significa que si programa malintencionado (troyano o similar) abre el manda un paquete a un puerto 4661, le estás abriendo puertos que podrá usar. Ya se que es una paranoia, pero no hay que poner las cosas fáciles.
