pues eso, como que tengo el SNR por las nubes. Vivo a unos 400 metros de la central. Antes tenía 16 dB de atenuación con casi 21 de SNR, pero ahora tengo 14 dB de atenuación y unos impresionantes 33dB de SNR. ¿no es excesivo?

¿Y qué? Deja de colgar estadísticas, es ridículo.
De nada sirve que tengas margen de señal (SNR) suficiente para tener 27 megas, cuando te llegan 10 por contrato.
! Sáctamente !.. si tienes limitado tu download a 10 megas,debes entender que todo está OK, y que no debes preocuparte por esas cifras de ruido ....
El SNR es la relación entre la señal y el ruido, cuanto menor ruido, mayor será el SNR y viceversa.

Vamos, que cuanto más alto sea el SNR, mejor y más estable será la conexión.
Ok... hace poco los técnicos estuvieron tocando en la caja de pares que hay en mi calle, así que supongo que cambiaron los pares o algo.
