problemas con señal

HOla!...tengo probolemas con la señal de internet..llamo a la compañia (fibertel -argentina) y me dicen que es problema de mi computadora, pero lo dudo, ya que la formatie y anda con los mimso problemas....aca les paso la info que me tira el modem:

el nivel de señal no es malo, con ese nvel no debes de tenr demasiados problemas

bien referente a los logs creo ke tu modem es un 5100 asinke:
estas usando algun firmware modificado en tu modem?
ke version del firmware tiene actualmente?

te confirmo que mi modem es un motorola SB5101i.....y que tengo una conexion de 128kbps (si....aca en sudamerica, la velocidad es a paso de tortuga y a un precio de locos (12 euros x mes solo x internet...que para aca es mucho!!!)

al modem no le modifique nada (no tengo ni idea que se podia modificar algo)......aca te paso el firware que tiene

ya que me decis que tengo buena señal, tal vez, el problema sea de mi computadora (como siempre me dice atencion al cliente de la empresa de internet)....o que el modem esta andando mal.

bien pues tonses puede ke sea culpa de la compañia de internet, de todos modos aunke te dije ke tu señal es wena as una pekeña revision a tu instalcion del cable coaxial aver si ay algo mal
