Hola gente, tengo mil y un problemas cada vez q intento conectar con algun ftp con la conexion de ono de banda ancha, antes cuando tenia la rtb nunca me pasaba, la cosa es q intento conectar con varias cuentas q tengo o incluso con el alojamiento para hacer actualizaciones en mi web y siempre me sale esto y nunca me conecta

8) If you are using a router, verify the router is up and running (check by pinging it and then ping an address outside of the router).
9) Do a traceroute to the destination to verify all routers along the connection path are operational.
10) Verify that your subnet mask is setup properly.
11) Verify that your local software or hardware firewall is not blocking outbound connections originating from CuteFTP.
12) Verify that your anti-virus software is not at fault (try disabling it).
, he probado a quitar el antivirus, el firewall (el q tengo es el de xp service pack2), he pasado soft spyware y toy limpio, virus ni troyanos tengo y ya no se q hacer.
Incluso no me deja conectar con el alojamiento gratuito q tenemos todos con las cuentas de ONO. Antes de llamar a ONO y q me digan q no saben a q es debido, a ver si alguien de los de aqui me puede ehcar el cable.
Conecto (o eso intento) con el CuteFTP.
