Hola buenas!
Tengo desde hace unos meses Jazztel 20M con línea Jazztel y de momento no he tenido cortes ni problemas, pero la velocidad que me llega es muy baja. Al realizar descargas directas al principio me dan tasas de transferencia de 0,6M y 1,6M pero van disminuyendo paulatinamente. He pasado el Tcp optimizer y todo sigue igual.
La vivienda en la que está la conexión es nueva, con un cuarto de telecomunicaciones y en la entrada de la casa hay un distribuidor telefónico PAU y que se puede ver en fotos en el hilo bandaancha.eu/tema/1647080/contrato-20m- … estadisticas
He hablado con técnicos de Jazztel (por un problema de con el teléfono ya solucionado) y me recomendaron poner un PTR, pero no sé si me convendría más un splitter. Mi línea pasa por un subrepartidor o muxfin y la distancia a la principal central es de casi 3km.
¿Si pongo PTR o splitter tengo que hacerlo detrás del Pau o lo sustituyo por uno de esos dos? ¿Me pueden decir algo los de telefónica?
