Y luego cuando se jode la conexión 4 ó 5 días seguidos no nos dan lo que nos pertenece...
¿Qué coño hace alguien de yaputocom a las 3 de la mañana si no es lo que hace el resto del día (es decir, tocarse los cojones)?

Desde luego, yo no me quejaría de que la velocidad me va más rápido de lo contratado XD
Tocar tocar... psss cambié en Internet Settings lo de UBR a VBR (hombre, pudiendo elegir... el UBR es basura, cómo no, y el poner CBR me da casi que miedo)
¿Alguien probó a cambiar a clase de QoS a CBR sin petar la conexión? ¿y las tasas de celdas? ¿Funciona?
Por teoría que vi, si aumentamos el MBS uno puede ir a toda hostia un poquito más de tiempo... pero claro, eso también da miedo, igual se jode la conexión o algo.

Lo di en clase. No sabría decirte páginas web donde buscases, pero sí un libro de referencia:
A. S.Tanenbaum. Computer Networks. 4/e. Prentice Hall 2003.
La tercera edición estaba traducida al castellano, creo. Ignoro si la cuarta lo está también, o si la quinta ha salido ya a la luz.
Ah, mira, acabo de ver, si controlas algo de inglés, supongo que en las normas ETSI o ITU podrás buscar VBR-rt (Variable Bit Rate - real time, para aplicaciones en tiempo real), VBR-nrt (ídem - non real time), UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate - no se garantiza una tasa mínima), CBR (Constant Bit Rate - aquí es donde dudo, si lo "activas" es posible que ocupases ancho de banda sin recibir/mandar nada), ABR (Available Bit Rate)
También puede resultarte interesante lo de PCR, SCR y MBS, aunque, para serte sincero, entender el mecanismo del leak bucket y similares puede llevarte un tiempillo.

Si el problema gordo no es que se corte (que ya, de por sí, me jode), sino que se corta durante media hora ininterrumpidamente, y tengo constancia de que no es la primera noche que sucede, sobre las mismas horas.
A saber qué habra pasao, o qué estará pasando... ¿mejoras de la red?
