Is there an office nearer than Madrid for me to try and trace my router. I was at home all day when IPC were supposed to deliver so can't understand what has happened.

Orange texted me to use my router. IPC claim to have tried to deliver but I can't find an office near by. Anyone help?

ICP is the logistics provider, but they send you the router through a courier company (Tourline, SEUR, Chronoexpres...)
Try to figure out which company is the one sending you the router (you can ask Orange or see in ICP web) and go to one of their offices.
