ONO 50Megas, Cisco EPC3825 EuroDocsis 3.0 Gateway, Como sacarle el jugo.

Hace un día que me han puesto el Cisco EPC3825 y quería sacarle el jugo.

Despues de ver el articulo Conseguido Cisco EPC3825 modo bridge-modem
me puse a investicar a ver que más opciones bienen capadas y como usarlas.

Despues de un rato vi como en el archivo de salvar la configuración
(http://192.168.1.1/Backup.htm) llamado filename.gwc (en formato plano), existen
muchas más opciones que por defecto no dejan modificar desde la web.

Seguro que más de uno dijo: Pues modificas el ficherito de marras y listo!
El problema y por lo que estoy escribiendo en este foro es el hecho de que
el maldito tiene una forma de comprovar si se ha modificado que es metiendole
en la cabecera un CRC. Ej.: "CRCVALUE=1960286565;" Por lo que si no concuerda
no lo restaura.

Alguien sabe como ajustar el CRC despues de tocar el fichero para que el router
se lo trague cambiando las configuraciones internas?

Pego mi filename.gwc, para que vean las posibilidades, pero eliminando un par de campos "privados" ;-)

Échale un vistazo al "lo que no viene en el manual" de Netgear (también está con chincheta) que lo mismo de ahí hay cosas que puedes sacar en claro ya que el software usado es muy similar.

He encontrado una persona que lo ha desmantelado:

Tambien dice que:

"Por lo que he podido comprobar, el usb trasero es para actualizar unicamente el modem, si le enchufais una microsd o un usb intenta actulizarse y se reinicia."

Y he encontrado por la red que desde 192.168.1.1/FirmwareUpgrade.htm puedes ver la opcion de subir el firware

Espero que alguien pueda aportar más información! :-)
