Acabo de montar un sistema ubuntu 7.10 con dos monitores independientes entre si, completamente independientes, y salvo alguna que otra pijadilla, como podria ser que si ejecuto FF en uno, en el otro no me deja (el sistema dice que usted ya esta corriendo un proceso FF, y no puede correr otro ¡?) pues lo que busco ahora es la forma de girar 180 grados uno de los monitores, es decir, que se vea al reves.
Alguien puede comentar algo al respecto?

¡Coño! Eso se soluciona fácil. Pon el monitor patas abajo.
¿O era patas arriba? No sé. Es que ahora mismo no tengo delante el manual de instrucciones.
no estaría mal que pusieras aqui tu xorg.conf
Pues tuve que meter el driver propietario, pero no ha sido tan dificil: Pagina de Nvidia, drivers adecuados, cerrar las X y ejecucion. Despues, sin problemas nvidia-xconfig, y a la tercera nada mas (JUAS!) salio sin problemas
Yo tambien noto las chorradicas que cuenta el bocapescao al inicio del hilo, pero la verdad, va de lujazo el sisema.

Pues a ver si cuentas, porque mi nvidia-settings como que no me deja hacer apenas nada, y por supuesto no ve un segundo monitor...
Calzo ubuntu Edgy, y lo mas que he conseguido es reconfigurar el xserver con nvidia-xconfig, y asi si que pillo el segundo monitor... Aunque hace un extendido (no es lo que se pretende; quiero dos monitores independientes entre si) y a una resolucion de chiste, por no mencionar que le digo adiosito a la aceleracion grafica...

Yo no sé nada, sólo que ahora estoy en la curva típica de aprendizaje, como cualquier usuario GNU/LInux corriente, donde en un día aprendo más cosas nuevas que todo lo que era capaz de aprender en varios meses, cuando era un pinche empuja flowers.
