Que le han hecho a mi línea: Cortes a lo SALVAJE

Muy buenas,

ayer por la mañana no tuve manera de conectar a internet, cuando parecía que había sincronizado, volvía a parpadear el led del ADSL del router indicando que estaba volviendo a intentar sincronizar. Estuve provando media hora pero tenía que ir al curro y lo tuve que dejar. Cuando llegué a casa por la tarde, parecía que todo iba correctamente, pero por la noche volvieron los mismos problemas: con suerte la conexión se mantenía un minuto antes de caer.

Estoy utilizando el perfil Turbo Up, y sí, ya se que me diréis que esa modalidad puede dar problemas de estabilidad, pero lo estoy utilizando desde mi primer día como beta tester (desde el mes de febrero) y nunca he tenido un problema similar.

Vamos, infinitos microcortes y 4 caidas completas en un cuarto de hora suena a record, y porque el log del router sólo tiene 25 páginas y se borran los datos anteriores, pero es así de continuo... Vamos, ¡¡vergonzoso!! (y todo esto es sin tener ni siquiera el navegador abierto y por supuesto nada de P2P).

¿Que os parece?

Muy, pero que muy fuerte. Estos personajes de jazztel se estan luciendo a base de bien.

Por si acaso, no tendrás algún microfiltro desconectado o sin él, a mí me pasaba los cortes por esta cuestión

No utilizo microfiltros, tengo un splitter puesto en lugar del PTR, esta tarde probaré a desconectar el cable que va a los teléfonos, por si acaso, pero no creo que sea ese el problema.

por cierto, los router con chipset TI no son caracterzados por su estabilidad :P .

te recomiendo que pruebes qué tal va el Comtrend, junto a este firmware

y lee esto

Esta mañana he dejado conectado el Comtrend a ver como está el log cuando llegue esta tarde. De todos modos, tal y como decía con el D-Link desde que lo puse en febrero para aprovechar el Turbo Up no he tenido ningun problema de estabilidad hasta ahora.

Nada, con el Comtrend igual, y lo de desconetar los teléfonos, como suponía tampoco ha dado resultado. Al final he llamado al 1565 y me han dicho que en las últimas 15 horas he tenido 70 cortes... ¡¡casi nada!!

De momento me han "forzado" el modo óptimo durante 24 horas para ver si se producen también cortes... Ya verás, no tendré cortes y diran que mi línea no soporta el Turbo Up... Ya, ¿y entonces porque desde febrero no he tenido ningún problema?

Es curioso, ayer por la noche 25/08/09, a mi me empezó a pasar exactamente lo mismo.

Hoy ya veo desde el trabajo que el router esta ONLINE, pero me resulta curioso lo que pasa, ya que enganchaba un segundo y volvia a intentar sincronizar.

Yo vivo en madrid (central de pacifico), el perfil que tengo puesto es el fastpath y sincronizo en GDMT porque estoy bastante lejos de la central y es el único que me convence.

Hace mucho tiempo que no tengo ningún problema y ayer esto sucedio así de repente a eso de las 22:30

A mi me pasa igual, durante el día va bien, pero por la noche comienza el festival.

Bueno, aunque para ser sinceros, sin tocar nada, parece que esta noche la cosa se ha normalizado... Con el Turbo Up puesto, "solo" he tenido un corte y ningún DSL out of sync. A ver que pasa esta noche, porque todavía no tengo claro que esto haya acabado.

Pues si como dices, al poner el comtrend la cosa se ha normalizado, parece que tienes problemas con los D-link. Asegurate que el comtrend no te falla e incluso ponle la firm que te han recomendado, la mas estable (CT-5361T-A111-306FPT-C01_R02)

Una vez confirmado eso. A tu pregunta sobre el LINKSYS WAG54G2, es estable como una roca y tendras toda tu subida.

De momento ni un sólo corte desde ayer a última hora de la tarde, pero como he dicho, para asegurarme lo dejaré todo el fin de semana a ver que tal, y después volveré a enchufar el D-Link a ver que pasa.

Bueno, pues después de hacer pruebas todo el fin de semana, tengo más o menos claro que no es cosa del router...

En principio puese el Comtrend el jueves por la tarde y aguantó hasta el sábado por la mañana, cuando tuvo un corte y después el domingo por la mañana tuvo otro. Entonces conecté el D-Link y por la tarde en un rato tuvo tres o cuatro cortes, ahí me dije: "Ya está, el D-Link está cascado", conecté otra vez el Comtrend, y oh, sorpresa, pasó lo mismo, en un rato tuvo 3 cortes. Total, que descarto que sea el D-Link, ya que el Comtrend se comporta igual.

Lo que me mosquea es que ambos pueden estar un buen rato funcionando bien, y entonces de repente comienzan a fallar varias veces a la hora durante otro periodo de tiempo hasta que parece que se vuelven a "estabilizar" y funcionan bien hasta que vuelve a comenzar el ciclo.

Esta tarde probaré a desconectar los teléfonos y dejarlo un rato a ver que pasa.

antaño, el usr era güeno para cortes.... pero amos, si Ari no ha dicho na'...

Por desgracia sí, y también he probado el CT-5361T-A111-306FPT-C01_R02 y nada pasa lo mismo, no se que ha pasado en los últimos días, pero mi conexión a pasado de ser bastante estable (ya dije que antes del Anexo M tenía el SNR forzado a 6dB porque me iba perfectamente) a tener una mierda que se corta cada 2x3.

Pues nada, desconectando la línea de voz del splitter funciona igual de mal que con todos los teléfonos conectados, vamos que ni capacitancias ni pollas en vinagre (que diría mi abuela), creo que está bastante claro que el problema o está en el DSLAM o está en el par de cobre... A ver que solución me dan, habrá que armarse de paciencia para conseguir que me pasen con un técnico de nivel 2 o el que sea para que venga un técnico a revisar todo el tinglado.
