We've been trying to contact auna.es for months - they do not reply to us either. They also block all complaints sent to them about the spam. That is why we have had no alternative but to list the sources that are being used to spam, so that our users can identify and reject that mail.
We need to hear from auna.es and to see action being taken to resolve this issue, before we can remove the listing.
Fortunately for you, there ARE other Internet providers in Spain, and you may wish to consider subscribing to one of them, instead of Auna. Or you could get yourself a account with one of the many free e-mail providers; Yahoo, Hotmail, Mail.com, and others are excellent services; see google.com/search?q=free+web+e-mail for more details. Either way your mail would then go through unimpeded.
Sincerely,
