hola buenos dias, llevo experimentando muchos microcortes en la conexion ono 12/1 os dejo los datos del modem para haber si son correctos o debe venir un tecnico:

De donde se pueden sacar los datos que pegáis en los mensajes estos de arriba, yo miro las opciones que me da mi WebSTAR EPR2320, y solo puedo ver lo de dos de las opciones que son System y Setup, el resto nada. Por cierto yo también tengo "microcortes" o como se llame esto desde que tengo 12mb en vez de 6, soy de Graná. Un saludo a todo el mundo.
