Cuando entro en el router pone esto.

En principio tengo adsl 20megas.

¿Pues por que cuando hago los test de varias paginas me marca 2?

¿Y no hay manera de acercarse mas a los 20 megas?

Aunque no me quejo PARA NADA XD!

Los test de velocidad no son fiables prueba de bajar de belnet o rediris a ver a cuanto te baja y si es necesario ajusta el RWIN

Faltarian los datos del ruido y atenuacion,a ver si puedes poner una captura del router algo mas extensa y te podemos decir el motivo de tus 8 megas.
