anybody can help me with a simple thing

hi
i have usr6000 cable modem
i use 192.168.100.1 page to see my modem status
but usr have a user name and password
like:
user: usrobotics
pass: robotics
but i cant login now i dont understand why
any one can give me the right pass and user pls?

Perhaps your ISP has upgrade the Modem firmware ... and user and password has been changed ... perhaps.
